Conclusion
This module focused on anecdotal record writing at the Early Childhood Development Lab at our University. Once new teachers take this module, they should be able to create a professional anecdotal record completely on their own.
Further resources and continual, more experienced teacher-support will also be provided as teachers integrate daily into the work-setting.
In closing, anecdotal record mastering continues to be an important part of each child’s portfolio, and we anticipate that the new teachers will get better and better as their new careers at CDL progress. Continual learning in the child psychology/development field is equally anticipated.
