This e-Learning Module was designed and developed as part of a course requirement (HRD 472-Spring 2015) for the University of Illinois.
I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2003-2006, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I am currently a Head Teacher at the Early Child Development Lab on the University of Illinois campus, where I have been employed full time since 2006. I have always had an interest in management and training development for my staff at the Lab, so I returned to U of I in 2014. I will earn my Master of Education in Human Resource Development in June 2015.
